Official panel discusses objections, suggestions about Srinagar Master Plan | KNO

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 06 (KNO) : A meeting of the Committee of Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) was held here today to scrutinize the objections and suggestions regarding Srinagar Master Plan (2015-2035). Held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Secretary H&UDD, Hirdesh Kumar, the meeting was attended by the Committee members including Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Syed Aabid Rashid, Commissioner SMC, Riyaz Ahmad, Vice-Chairman SDA (member secretary), representative of Vice-Chairman LAWDA, and other officers of SDA and Town Planning organization Kashmir. The meeting was informed that 287 objections, suggestions regarding the Master Plan were received from general public and representatives of various associations and organizations. The Committee decided to constitute a sub-committee headed by DC Srinagar, which shall submit the detailed report within 15 days to the Chairman of the Committee.(KNO)
